If you were happy with the services provided, it is customary to give a 15-20% gratuity to the service provider.
Take the spa and salon experience home with you. All the products we use in our spa and salon treatments are for retail sale here, in addition to spa gifts and keepsakes
Advance reservations are highly recommended. If you are making an appointment for more than one service, please have your credit card or gift certificate number available.

Germantown Day Spa, Salon & Medical Aesthetics is a privately-owned business, and is not affiliated with any corporation or chain. We offer customized treatments in an enjoyable atmosphere. Our facility, staff and services have been designed with you in mind.

You may change into our spa robes and spa shoes upon arrival. We provide towels for your use at the spa. Please remove any jewelry prior to treatment. For your convenience, our service staff can provide you with a private locker and key.
We realize there will be times when a client will be late for an appointment. In reference to spa services, the treatment time will be shortened accordingly with no fee adjustment.
A credit card or gift card number is required when scheduling your spa package or reserving spa services. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, We require 24 hours in advance for no penalty, or 48 hours for spa packages. All no shows are charged at full service value.
Anyone ages 12-17 may enjoy our spa services and facilities with legal guardian on the premises and signed consent form, with the exception of haircuts. Clients' children may receive haircuts at the discretion of our stylists. Those 18 years of age and older, may enjoy all services without legal guardian or restrictions.
Please turn all cell phones to silent while visiting the spa.
Though we love families and children, the spa is not an appropriate atmosphere for children under 12 years of age. We use chemicals, hot irons and sharp scissors – and don't want anyone to be injured while visiting Germantown Day Spa, least of all a child. Additionally, we are committed to providing a relaxing, stress-free atmosphere for all of our guests.
We suggest you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow you time to check in with your spa coordinator, prepare for your spa service and receive the full length of your treatment.
